Standalone Night CWI Supervisor.

• Preparation Work: Independently supervised mobilization of frac tree and x-tree change out. Identified operations that could be performed offline and independently supervised; WL CBL runs.
• SL & WL Operations:

- Independently supervised RU & RD, PT and function testing BOPs, performed well entry & exit. This involved implementing process safety elements of walking the lines and making sure barriers and well control contingency plan is discussed with assigned crew. Ensured all certifications for PCE equipment and personnel up to date and reflected in eWCAT.

- Independently supervised set & retrieve of shallow plug & prong plugs and timed Monolock/Evo plugs. Independently supervised tagging operations & pressure/inflow testing of plugs.

- Independently supervised PLT & CBL/GR/CCL runs.

• CTU Operations.

- Independently supervised coil tubing RU & RD, PT and equipment function testing and BOP’s site inspection & testing. Signing off site commissioning check list.

- Ensured all certifications for PCE equipment and personnel up to date and reflected in eWCAT.

- Co-supervised coil tubing well entry, RIH, POOH for copperhead plug milling operations.

• Frac Operations.

- Independently supervised RU & RD, PT and function testing equipment which includes chemical additives systems, pump trip and kick-oof, batch mixer, GROVE pop-off and PRV setting.

- Co-supervised 5 DFIT & main frac jobs of xlinker YF135 HTD & 7 gpt slick water jobs.

- Involved in PT discussion for final design changes and assured these changes are implemented before the job.

• Welltest Operations.

- Independently supervised RU & RD, PT, function testing SSV, TRSSSV and ignition system. Ensured all certifications for PCE equipment and personnel up to date and reflected in eWCAT.

- Completed all pressure testing steps, walked the lines on well test package and preformed pre-flow check. Finally, signed off well testing commissioning document.

- Performed well entry procedures to start flow the well.

- Independently supervised 12 hours operations as a standalone supervisor for choke bean up & bean down schedule during flow period.

Standalone Day CWI Supervisor for MBRNE-24 & MBRNE-25.

Standalone day supervisor for Many wells

- Responsible for logistics requirements & organized equipment load-out for the well including, x-tree, WL, SL & plug callouts based on the operation lookahead.

• Preparation Work: Independently supervised RU & RD, frac tree change out, mobilization & well site inspection.
• SL Operation: Independently supervised RU& RD, commissioning, set & retrieve shallow plugs.
• WL operation: Independently supervised perforation, PLT & CBL/GR/CCL runs.

- Independently supervised 5 wireline runs for perforation and setting copper head plug.

• CTU Operation:

- Independently supervised coil tubing well entry, RIH, POOH for clean-out, copperhead plug and cement milling operations in MBRNE-22 (Longest cement milling by almost ~ 2500m of cement).

• Frac operation: RU, PT, DFIT & Frac Jobs.

- Independently supervised 5 DFIT & main frac jobs which includes xlinker YF135 HTD & 7 gpt slick water jobs.

- I have managed to wrap up 3 successful frac jobs in less than 3 days for MBRNE-24 with optimizing the crew, units in location and aligning PSL as a standalone day CSV.

- Assured frac pump schedule, design, and flush volume calculations.

- Independently supervised mix-fluid preparation & frac job preparations.

• Share Learnings: Presented MBRNE-25 failures to the field & office team; implemented the remedial actions in site to prevent such failures to occur.

- Independently supervised RU & RD, PT, function testing SSV, TRSSSVE and ignition system. Signing off commissioning document & open the well for flow.

- Independently managed pumping of Methanol through chemical injection pump to eliminate hydrate effect during initial flow period.

- Independently supervised site RU and function testing on green burner, aligning with Shells ambition of reducing GHG emissions.

- Improved SMS operational efficiency and unit utilization. Worked alongside assigned engineer to split SMS rig up into phases and removed the necessity of waiting for SMS full commissioning before starting CBL runs. MOC placed and assured and by this CWI team managed to=accelerate the operation more than planned.
