1. To understand project tender documents and preparation of Techno-Commercial offer.

2. To attend pre bid meetings with customer to finalize the order.

3. Attending post award meetings with client/consultants

4. To understand project specifications, drawings, standards and regulations and project specification relating to electric power equipment and use in the project.

5. Responsible and certified engineer to Design Lightning Protection System of the Structures.

6. To Supervise installation and certification of Earthing and Lightning projection system.

7. Responsible to attend negotiation meeting and finalization of supplier.

8. To Coordinate with suppliers and various departments responsible for material supply to ensure on time execution of the project.

9. To prepare final documentations for handing over the project.

10. Responsible of final closure of the project, collection of receivables against project and closure of snag points.

11. Responsible to develop new vendor

1. To understand the customer requirement as per project specification.

2. To prepare technical drawings as per customer project requirement.

3. Ensure that drawings and documents are delivered to and approved by customer and consultant for ontime execution of the project.

4. Responsible for technically discussion with customers for drawing approvals and standard product approval.

5. Planning the material as per contractual requirement of the customer Purchase order.

6. Coordination with manufacturing, quality and testing team

7. Coordination with customer to give Dispatch Instructions after factory acceptance test

8. Arrangement of Road Permits, Collection, LC from customer.

9. Responsible for vendor development and vendor assessment along with SCM and QA team.

10. Do regular risk review and implement measures for risk avoidance and opportunity acceptance

11. Responsible for Progress reporting.

12. Resolution owner of the problem raised by customer

13. On time resolution of the problem to meet customer satisfaction.

14. Coordinate with the Service Team to resolve the issue.

15. Provide solution of the problems raised by customer.

1. To understand the drawings of the transformers as per customer requirement.

2. Routine Testing of power transformers up to 25MVA as per IEC60076.

3. To perform Factory acceptance test in presence of Client/consultant as per approved ITP/FAT procedure.

4. Supervising the operation and maintenance of power transformers at transmission and distribution systems and industrial plants.

5. Establishing delivery and installation schedules for transformers
