1)Assisting in the preparation of the Month end reports for our three hotels.
2) Preparing Accrual, Prepaid and other month end related journal entries.
3) Preparing Bank Reconciliation for all the hotel on weekly basis 4) Preparing GL Reconciliation and making necessary corrections after consultation with the Financial controller.
5) Preparing Tax returns, (VAT, Municipality, Tourism) according to the Oman tax Law.
6) Ensuring correct tax rates are applied on all items in the software (PMS & POS).
7) Overlooking Account payable, Receivable and Income auditor work for the three hotels
8) Maintaining Service Contract and Insurance Summary file.
