I have over 5 years of experience as a Training Supervisor. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing the training department and ensuring that all employees received the necessary training. I also created and implemented new training programs when needed. In addition to my supervisory duties, I also provided individualized instruction to employees on various topics related to their job responsibilities. . Ensuring that the Instructional Specification is adhered to, and for advising the Chief Logistics Instructor on all aspects of particular course and ensuring that early notice is given of any short comings.
. Instruction of students to the standards detailed in the relevant training specifications.
. The continuous monitoring of individual student's progress and the completion of students reports as and when required.
. Advising Course Designer with O&P of any change requirements to course notes as occur.
. Auctioning any amendments to course notes as Logistics by Course Designer.
. Assisting Logistics Course Design in the updating and review of training syllabi as and when required.
. Complying with current Logistics Regulations and AFSTC Orders and Procedures in all respects, with particular attention to safety and Petroleum and oil lubricants control.
. Ensuring that training equipment is functional, safe to use and conforms to current safety regulations. Reporting non-functional or safe equipment to the Chief Logistics Instructor.
. Ensuring that any requirements for works services within the section are submitted to the Chief Logistics Instructor for action.
. Ensuring as far as possible, an adequate supply of consumables for the training programmer.
. Carrying out instructor duties as required by the training programmer.
. Informing Chief Logistics Instructor of absences or intended absences of Students at start of each working day.
. Discipline, welfare and safety of students in logistics classrooms.
