The Business Review Team (BRT) at Oman Aviation Academy (OAA) plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic growth. Its core responsibilities include strategic planning, performance evaluation, financial oversight, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The team also oversees quality management, risk assessment, and fosters clear, effective communication with stakeholders.

• Develop and deliver specialized training programs for both military and civilian personnel, focusing on Operations Management, Crisis Management, Incident Command System, Unmanned Arial System, and Aviation Safety.
• Leverages advanced analytical and planning abilities to guide trainees in crafting effective solutions to complex operations.

• Overseeing the company’s operations, ensuring that services are delivered with maximum efficiency and in line with the highest safety standards.
• Hold commercial responsibility for the company’s financial performance, which includes managing budgets, forecasting, and optimizing revenue generation.
• Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and strengthening existing relationships, leveraging their deep industry expertise and professional networks.
• Ensuring strict compliance with aviation regulations and maintaining exceptional quality standards across all services, thereby upholding the company's reputation and operational integrity.

• Provided targeted support to station management departments, enhancing performance across key operational areas at RAFO Masirah. Oversaw daily mission execution, ensuring full compliance with Air Force plans and regulations. Strengthened leadership capabilities through end-to-end supervision of mission operations.

• Managed ten flight training courses, totaling over 3,000 flying hours and more than 1,000 instructional hours on the Pilatus PC-9 and BAE Hawk 103/203 aircraft. Exhibited strong leadership in all aspects of course planning, execution, and oversight.

• Led the planning of all operational requirements for RAFO's fast jet units.
• Designed comprehensive training and operational strategies encompassing staffing, resource management, course development, mission planning, armament strategies, and logistical support.
• Directed the operational coordination of key fast jet programs, including the F-16 retrofit initiative, Typhoon and Hawk Mk166 aircraft acquisitions, and ammunition procurement across all RAFO fighter units.

• Supported daily operational activities and worked closely with all RAFO Fighter Squadrons to achieve and maintain the required operational standards.

• Led and assessed Air operations performance within fighter squadrons during both training and operational deployments. Supervised the implementation of RAFO's air defence strategy.
