• Successfully completed and commissioned the Project as Project Manager and operate it As “Field Manager” for more than 2 years.

• Developed complete Maintenance Department from scratch from hiring, Workshop setup, tools procurement and preparation of several SOPs to name a few.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing all aspects plant O&M related issues, upstream facilities and pipelines and served as point of contact on field between client, contractors and head office
• Planned, supervised and coordinated pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, participated in establishing organization chart including recruiting and hiring along with coordinating with client about daily basis plant Operations and Maintenance related issues
• Functioned as Shutdown Coordinator, preparing plan on MS Project, allocating resources, arranging accommodation of extra staff, assigning responsibilities to engineers and supervisors, material arrangements, ensuring timely and safe jobs execution, progress monitoring, and coordinating with client
• Coordinated with contractors for civil, Mechanical and E&I jobs, client and head office for smooth, timely and cost-effective completion of project along with adherence to applicable international engineering and QHSSE standards.

• Ensured development and implementation of weekly and fortnight look ahead planning, Forecasting and forewarning to Project Manager and Construction Manager about critical activities and provided solution to them for developing recovery plan
• Responsible for planning and managing Fabrication and Erection of Complete Piping (B31.2, 31.3), Storage Tanks (API 650), structure and installation and commissioning of static and rotary equipment.

. Involved in implementation of ERP (ORACLE based) on plant, prepared its Input data, Asset’s coding and inventory coding.

• Involved in Engineering, construction and commissioning of Coal Mill. Successfully achieved set target

of localization of imported spares (5% per year).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities by using ORACLE EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) software
• Implemented Computer Maintenance Management System on plant, prepared its input data and coordinated with other departments for its implementation and utilization.
• Organized and d maintenance shutdowns and startups.

• Involved in preparation of FEED document for project.
• Involved in maintenance of already running plant, compressors, boilers, Furnace, Heat Exchangers and Absorption towers
• Completed Detailed Engineering, Fabrication, Erection and commissioning of the Equipment such as Furnace, absorption towers, shell & plate type Heat-Exchangers, Boilers, Centrifugal and Screw Pumps and Chemical Storage tanks (API 650).
