Responsibilities
• Leading, Planning, directing and managing the execution of Projects from concept, Detailed Engineering, procurement, construction, Operational Readiness and Assurance process including commissioning & Start-up, handover and closeout with necessary QHSE compliance.
• Manage to carry out construction of Brown field projects (involving Tanks, pipelines, piping, equipments) while addressing SIMOPS, correct construction strategies, contractual, financial and planning related issues with tight deadlines.
• Managing Project Interfaces, Management of Change (MOC), communicate Project Performance and Identifying and manage Project Risks.
• Extreme Interface with various disciplines, contractors, consultants, vendors, and meetings with management. Direct teams to proactively manage variations in project scopes, identify potential risks & crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Involved in development and implementation of several Contracting and Procurement strategies.
• Track and monitor project status to ensure timely development, execution, close-out including as- built documentation, Develop KPIs and set targets for their implementation.
