• Define and maintain Operating Philosophies for oil/gas developments in the Directorate
• Act as Operations liaison for ‘Operations Readiness' and field issues between Operations and Engineering.
• Responsible for supporting operations DCAF requirements
• Provide operations expertise in production system optimization events and reviews
• Review and analyze plant performance, key deferments on a regular basis and identify de-bottlenecking and optimization improvements. Work with operations process support to implement deferment reduction or optimization opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with PDO production standards and procedures in the assets.
• Attend design reviews, HAZOPS, HAZIDS, IPFs etc. and/or organizes participation of the relevant operations/maintenance departments.

• Providing operational technical support through regular liaison with the production and maintenance teams, as well as proposing solutions to operational problems through regular visits to the production facilities.

• Preparation of Project Initiation Note (detail scope and budget proposal), contribution to Design Basis (BFD) and Concept Selection Report (CSR) in support of new project development, and providing input into the identification and screening of FEED development

• Participation in design reviews, HAZOP and IPF, 3D models reviews, and detailed design activities.

• Execute all activities within the HSE roles and policies, maintaining the Operating Integrity and Process Safety requirements.
• Achieving daily production targets for FHD
• Support 14 days/90 days plans and review/challenge the scope prior freezing the plan.
• Enrolled as safety-critical position at FHD as Production Supervisor (ONO15F)
• Participate in major shutdown as SD coordinator by managing shutdown scope and the activities according to L4 plans and reviewing risk assessment, which include several of contractors working in the site.
• Maintaining the reliability of the facilities by applying MTO methodology, insure 5SRQ are delivered, Participating in extended RCAs.
• Managing daily activities in busy area with multi brown field projects, supporting project delivery from input in design reviews, HAZOPS, etc., project construction, until Commissioning and startup.
• LECC member in FHD as Production Supervisor
• Responsible to maintain Tier-1 critical documents up to date. (PEFS, cause & effect ..elc)
• ensuring all MOC captured, and risk assessed
• Attending and auditing the daily/crew shift handover and make sure all field operator and CRO operator aware and comply with PR1000.
• Keep analyzing data on daily bases by attending the production meeting with production, maintenance coordinators, Maintenance supervisors, commissioning engineers and planners to discuss the operations constraint and facility/project issues.
• ensuring that PTW is meeting the requirement and have solid control before authorizing any permit.

• Perform Daily continuous well surveillance using Nibras/LOWIS to identify changes in well behaviour and raise optimization/ improvement actions or cause of change to maintain optimum production from the Integrated Production System with minimum deferment. Highlight tripped wells for start-up by operations.

• Monitor well production and water/ gas injection performance, flaring vs plans, advise programmer if injection capacity changes or issue with metering.

• Follow up Rig, Hoist, and well service.
• Work with operations technicians on daily activities, report tripped wells, also well services/ CSR bringing wells on stream, and application engineer for troubleshooting issues (ESPs / GL).
• Check trip reasons, deferment codes and timing (including ramp-up / low deferment on gas lift wells), and deferment tracking are correct in EC.
• Enter and validate (confirmed accurate / representative) production information /well test and integrity data in Energy Components (EC), ensure wells tested as per plan.
• Attend with Operations/well services the kick-off / open up / commissioning of wells following the issued program, also failure interventions (pulling/ running equipment/teardowns) for GL/ESP/ to minimize deferment.
• Interface with CSR / Application engineer as required for ESP/Gas lift wells to ensure correct commissioning and handover of wells.
• Assist Well Integrity monitoring, investigation, and maintenance are completed as per code of practice & Well Failure Model and capture in the database and monitor APM (Annulus pressure monitoring), follow up, and data entry into EC.
• Follow up after hoist optimization and track the Well for the next optimization.
• Assist on New Wells & Worked over Wells Troubleshooting/Installation & Commissioning
• Ensure HSE and PTW systems are followed before starting a job

Work closely with the production supervisor and the field programmer along with the production operators to have a clear and in depth understanding about my challenges associated with the production department before taking the responsibilities of a production supervisor.
