Role: Mechanical Site Engineer (MEP)
Duration: 1st April 2023 – Present

Managed on-site installation of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and mechanical infrastructure works for a 200-key 5-star hotel and luxury chalets.

Supervised testing and commissioning of central cooling systems, chilled water piping, air handling units (AHUs), and fan coil units (FCUs).

Led a specialized team of mechanical foremen, technicians, and subcontractors to meet stringent MEP project milestones safely and within budget.

Coordinated with main contractors, architects, and electrical engineers to resolve service clashes, review shop drawings, and update Builders Work drawings.

Conducted daily site inspections to monitor installation quality, hydrostatic pressure testing of piping networks, and adherence to QA/QC and HSE standards.
