· Ensure prompt and regular submission of main contract Interim payment application along with supporting documents and negotiate with consultant to receive timely certification.

· Preparation of Statement at completion and Final Account along with supporting documents.

· Prepare estimate for extra works, preparation of variations, negotiating and follow-up variations with consultant.

· Unit rate analysis and new rate build-up.

· Maintaining a variation log that tracks the current status of all variations, substantiation, negotiation and agreement of variations with the client/ consultant.

· Prepare quantity takes off from IFC drawings & BOQ preparation for sub-contract agreements.

· Compiling enquiries for Sub-contractors and Suppliers to request for quotations (RFQ).
