• Maintaining the quality of work for ongoing and completed activities.
• Inspecting the all Civil and MEP Related work prior to start the activity.
• Checking with Reinforcement, shuttering and Concrete as per approved latest updated drawing.
• Checking the concrete grade, temperature, Slump and also cube casting for each concrete activity and keeping the records.
• Whatever receiving the material at site, first checking as per MAS then making the Inspection request to consultant.
• Dealing with Royal Oman Police consultant (Resident Engineer).
• Rising the Inspection for Consultant and also Preparing the Inspection request.
• Maintaining the QA/QC related documents for Cube report, Method of statement, Check list , Inspection request, Building wise drawings,Material Inspection request, Post tension slab stressing report,Technical Queries, and etc..
• Preparing the Quality Observation List and circulate with the Site Team.
• Preparation of daily, weekly, reports on work progress.
• Attending the weekly and monthly meeting with ROP Resident Engineer and ROP Project Coordinator.

Project : Metro Water Overhead Tank (1800000 Liter capacity)

• Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress.
• Maintain the labour attendance and distributing the salary (weekly or monthly).
• Maintaining quality standards for all structural works.
• Supervision of the working labour to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety.
• Study of the related documents such as drawings.
• Checking the quality of RCC works such as foundations, columns, beams, walls and slabs etc.
• Checking the concrete slump and temperature as per requirement and cube casting.
• Checking the Quality of concrete strengths regarding the grade, 7 days and 28 days test.
