• Desalination RO plant 300 m3/hr
• Responsible for operation and maintenance of water treatment plant
• Control of entire water treatment plant through HMI panel
• Perform two stage CIP to filler and storage tanks taken care of chemical & stock management
• RO operation and maintenance, RO CIP include acid wash, alkaline wash biocides wash
• Laboratory testing of water physical and chemical analysis
• Operating procedure and calibrations of pH meter, conductivity meter, turbidimeter and other laboratory equipment.
• Maintained energy and enthusiasm in fast-paced environment

• Operation of DM RO Plant HRSCC, Chlorination, Tube Settler, Pressure Sand Filters, Potable water, Basket Strainers, Ultra filtration Skids, Cartridge Filters, Reverse Osmosis Skids, Degasser Units, Mixed Bed Exchangers) and SWRO plant MMF,ERI and potable water
• Checking lab parameter like pH, conductivity, TDS, iron, chlorine, turbidity, chloride, calcium hardness etc
• Lead the team of RO Operators, Pre Treatment Operators, Chemists and Helpers of the Shift
• Carry out day-to-day operational activities for achieving the production
• Monitoring of Process parameters as per design limit
• Parameters deviation and ensure corrective actions are initiated to avoid reoccurrences
• Troubleshooting of Process problems, Plant Startup and Shutdown
• Provide Plant status to the Client and the Plant In-charge
• Allotment of Maintenance activities, Issuance of Work Permit
• Reports Generation:-
• Mass Balance chart, Plant production report
• Shift in charge logs sheet
• Lab result and interpretations, chemical consumption report, chemical requisition report.

• Compiled and presented reports explaining project details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Oversaw quality control and health and safety matters for construction teams.
• Created work schedules and adjusted as needed to meet project deadlines and keep shifts properly staffed.
• Ordered and tracked delivery of construction materials and supplies from vendors.
