- I was responsible for Major Projects Development at the company, including the North Caspian Project, the first major offshore oil and gas development in Kazakhstan. It covers three fields: Kashagan, Kairan and Aktoty.
- Successfully represented the National Company KazMunayGas within the North Caspian Sea Production Sharing Agreement (NCSPSA). Participated in the technical and stakeholder management committees to review the project’s process, evaluate its financial performance and economic analysis, and to engage with the governmental agencies and regional and local authorities.
- Leading Kashagan field development according to field development plan and ensured the Project Surface Production facilities (Offshore and Onshore) were successfully commissioned and ready for start-up as per Project Schedule, Commissioning and Start-up program, Environmental and Government Regulatory Affairs requirements. I was involved in obtaining the certifications and renewal of certifications for equipment intended to operate under pressure, personnel training, and competency certification to operate the equipment.
