Retention & Reward Project
- As part of a change-management program, I was selected for the team focusing on retention and reward covering a range of accountabilities. The project aimed to increase the level of colleague engagement within the worker-employee category through:
- Inspection of camp accommodation, catering, and welfare for all camps across the country Making recommendations for change through cascading communication from workers to senior management. Areas of focus included catering & cleaning services/pest control/ HSE.
- Chair camp meetings set up MCRS (Management control and reporting systems) • Created a reporting deck to capture action task log actions logs for camps
- Review SLA of camp sub-contractors, highlighting any failure in contractual agreements
