Responsibilities and Role Requirements:

1- Capital Projects (Large-Scale Construction)

• Deep-dive analysis of SoW to identify overall requirements and establish the optimal sequence of activities.
• Author detailed Level 4 Schedules in Primavera P6, bridging SoW technicalities with actual site conditions to ensure a realistic baseline.
• Set productivity benchmarks based on Global rates to evaluate and improve construction team efficacy.
• Lead site coordination meetings to cross-verify planned schedules against actual executed scopes.
• Determine and allocate labor and non-labor and material requirements to maintain strict alignment with the project baseline.
• Monitor DMR to track site arrivals and inventory, ensuring 100% availability of materials for every project stage.
• practively identifying delays and proposing recovery plans.
• Generate comprehensive performance and backlog reports, utilizing S-curves and KPIs.
• Resolved project conflicts and issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders.
• Conducted post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement for future projects.
• Conduct "Look-Ahead" sessions to identify challenges and constraints, preventing potential deviations from the baseline.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure all activities comply with HSSE standards and safe work practices, embedding safety considerations into every work order, work pack, and schedule.

2- Maintenance Planning (PM & CM)

• Scheduling 14/90D plan in SAP on Weekly/Monthly bases with ensuring the plan is meeting the available manpower and company revenue expectations.
• Attend the daily meeting with the client to discuss about yesterday, today and tomorrow (YTT) jobs status.
• Updates Jobs status in SAP and Excel trackers.
• Coordinate with QS team for SoW quantification; manage the conversion of PRs into POs through close follow-up with client engineers.
• After receiving the PO plan the activity in SAP and instruct my team to execute the job.
• Manage the submission and approval of CC and TP through the PDO Main Work Center to facilitate accurate PO claims by the QS department.
