• Procurement of MRO requirement for BSA, MWS production lines and Facilities with 2 trainee apprentices reporting to me.
• Analyzed spend data to identify and execute cost-savings, cost avoidance and value analysis opportunities
• Handling E2E project procurement of expansion project and includes finalization of contracts of Civil, HVAC, Electrical and Fire System.

• Handling of maintenance(MRO) & Service related work orders & Contracts of (Mechanical, Electrical- Instrumentation, Civil, Inspection, Production, RMH, Estate, & Administration depts) with annual value of Rs.150 Mil.
• Procurement of Mechanical spares (Indirect Materials) with annual value of Rs 100 Mil
• Floating of EOI to Negotiation for the feasibility and initial study of Brownfield Urea-Ammonia expansion project.
• Reportee: 1 Purchase Assistant.

• Releasing schedule procurement of materials as per the monthly plan and feeding the JIT line as per the production bucket
• Preparing 3 days production plan based on the bucket plan and winding availability
• Ensuring matched material availability of castings and die cast rotors for the 3 days production plan
• Handling CSR activity of the BU as per the criteria laid out by corporate office.

• Purchasing: Release of RFQs, quota arrangement, collective release of POs and vender evaluation in Purchase Management
• Prepare Vendor Evaluation and Vendor Performance data for Delivery & Improvements
• Establish procurement agreement with the supply base for the specific requirements
• Keep records of requisition and procurements with respective Quotations
• Manage supplier's relationship to create contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted supply of products
• Identified alternate vendors for out-of-stock items
• Procurements Handled: Forgings and Castings for Gears & Crankshafts
• Heat treatment of Gears and Crankshafts (Nitriding & Induction Hardening)
• Procurement of Aluminium castings & subsequent machining (Elbows, Manifolds etc)
• Procurement & Machining of CI castings (Exhaust Manifolds, Gear End Covers)
• Procurement of Hydraulic Fittings and adaptors (Bar Route Items).
