Comprised of 3 sub projects Al Noor LPO compressor (new booster compressor for Gas export), Al Noor Utility Upgrade(37km OHL, new Auxiliary building with new E&I panels, full station fire & gas upgrade etc) & Al Noor Flare Upgrade project (new HP & LP flare including new KO drums and associated mech, E&I works)
Al Noor Rejuvenation Project (20M USD CAPEX)
Replacement of all critical equipment which have reached design life (HP Separators, Lean Amine exchanger, Reboiler, Drain pumps, degassing vessel, Replacement of GRE A/G piping with Nickel Alloy piping etc).

Harweel Main Production Station Turnaround (EPC Contract Value of USD 65M)
The project was the biggest turnaround of a facility in the history of PDO. Duration of trunaorund was 60 days with scope of replacement of 3 major first stage high pressure separators (250ton each) and associated piping & instrumenation modifications, with resources of upto 350 manpower. Turnaround was successfully completed in 45 days without any LTI and bagged several appreciations from Shell Upstream & was declared as one of the best scuccesful turnaround. Project involved engineering worth 3MUSD, procurement of 54MUSD & construction worth 8M USD.
Harweel Phase 3 Facilities (Contract Value of USD 42M)
The project involves engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning of infrastructure comprising of a new remote manifold complete with drain, vent, testing facilities and 2 new GRE trunk lines of 10km each, which facilitates hook up of 14 new producer wells from Sarmad & Harweel deep to Harweel Main Production Station (HMPS). Project is highly critical due to the, procurement of costly long lead CRA materials & high pressure GRE and work execution of the same in a very high H2S work environment while HMPS is operational.
