✔ Planning and scheduling of CNC cuttings as per priorities.

✔ Solving problems in the shop floor by working closely with production people involved in fabrication, machining, assembly, and testing areas.

✔ Manpower deployment in CNC cutting and milling operations.

✔ Perform or assist in the start–up or shutdown of assigned plant and facilities according to approved operating procedures and general instructions.

✔ Responsible for load Total tankers/PSU tankers as per the terminal operational procedures and EHS requirements.

✔ Responsible for carrying out all the operations related to the safe handling of LPG supply tankers, berthing, collecting and recording of all relevant timings in the tanker log. Connecting the loading arm or hoses, assist the supervision of complete tanker loading at gantry.

✔ Ensure that all the shift activities are performed safely as per terminal operating and safety procedures, plant HSE policy and guidelines and in compliance with all the applicable local regulations (OISD), Maintain a high level of emergency preparedness, work as a team with others to promote a safety culture in all the employees. Part of the emergency response team for incidents and fire fighting.

✔ Mercaptan dosing to LPG when ship unloading with exact proportion of mixing.

✔ Assist the control operator for tank inspection , gauging, sampling , discharge performance monitoring and recording the hourly discharge rate , pressure, product quantity and sample density to be entering in checklist while ship unloading

✔ Carryout duties as fireman or site safety officer when required during emergencies, checking the fire, smoke, gas detectors, fire water deluge system as per schedule with help of instrumentation team.

✔ Taking trial and mock drills for tank sprinkler system, checking operations and maintenance of fire fighting system viz. sprinklers, hydrants, monitors, fire extinguishers, foam pourers and using gas detectors in case of any gas leak or going to hot work.
