  • Ensure that each DL instructor's T&A Plan ( Teaching Assessment Plan) and T&A Plan receipt are produced, co-signed, and copied to the Quality Management Officer (QMO), upon completion.
  • Ensure that Digital Literacy instructors' e-portfolios are accurately updated.
  • Ensure that Digital Literacy instructors who are absent are covered.
  • Ensure that new Digital Literacy staff are properly inducted in their duties and responsibilities.
  • Provide a tangible link between the Foundation Institute Board and Digital Literacy instructors.
  • Serve as a chair/member of the Institute's key administrative decision-making and planning body: Chair of the Digital Literacy Course Meetings, Member of the Foundation Institute Executive Board, and Member of the Foundation Institute Board.
