Provide support and encouragement to Digital Literacy instructors.
Monitor Digital Literacy instructors' adherence to class teaching timetable and where necessary, reminding them of their obligations.
Conduct support Digital Literacy class visits as appropriate.
Oversee the production of Digital Literacy continuous and summative assessments.
Organize and record Digital Literacy Course meetings.
Coordinate appropriate submission of Digital Literacy marks and attendance on Eduwave.
Ensure that each DL instructor's T&A Plan ( Teaching Assessment Plan) and T&A Plan receipt are produced, co-signed, and copied to the Quality Management Officer (QMO), upon completion.
Ensure that Digital Literacy instructors' e-portfolios are accurately updated.
Ensure that Digital Literacy instructors who are absent are covered.
Ensure that new Digital Literacy staff are properly inducted in their duties and responsibilities.
Provide a tangible link between the Foundation Institute Board and Digital Literacy instructors.
