Pharmacy Operations:

- Implemented (NEHR) National Electronic Health Records system in tracking patients medication minimizing Adverse Drug Reactions raising through Poly pharmacy .
- Reported Adverse Drug Reactions to ADR monitoring committee (UPSALA) through ViGiflow adverse drug reaction reporting electronic system. Used Naranjo analysis for assessing causality of ADR.
- Prioritized patients needs and safety by ensuring safe medications for patients by following DGMS policies and procedures. Reporting through(Medication reconciliation, Medication error reporting, Pharmacist Intervention, Adverse Drug Reactions, Drug Quality reporting etc.).
