Key responsibilites/accountabilities:-

• Provides technical sales support; understands and communicates value of technology and interpretations.
  
• Ensures that Well Plans, Designs, and Drilling Programs comply with company policy, HSE and IT policies and procedures and with customer / local regulations.
  
• Participates in personal reviews and conducts audits, to ensure that Company policies and standards are understood and implemented by personnel under his/her supervision.
  
• Ensures that all well plans are fit for purpose and provide the most cost effective solution to meet the drilling target considerations.
  
• Identifies areas where new and cost effective techniques can be applied.
  
• Evaluates all aspects of drilling performance and maintains database to capture and share lessons learned.
  
• Provides real-time monitoring and decision support to the drilling team with the aim of improving drilling performance
• Collects and collates information to monitor performance indicators (KPIs), to measure the quality and cost effectiveness of, and benchmark drilling performance.
  
• Completes all work in an accurate, efficient and cost effective manner.

• Forecast of capex for ongoing contracts within Oman.
• Inline with drilling schedule for tools and equipment orders.
• Do some customer visits to support the operations.
• Maintenance facility personnel training and career development.
• Overlook MTBF for all customer to be inline with our KPI's.
• Makes sure compliance to procedures are adhered.

•  Handles special projects, as assigned e.g. tenders, posters; case studies.
•  Coordinate the tools, maintenance, logistic and inventory,
• Holds Product line Manager whenever my boss is out of his post.
• Updates Product line Balance sheet.
• Manage the cost maintenance for the tools and parts.
  

Key responsibilities/accountabilities:-

• Implement all directional drilling plans and procedures according to company plan and oversee all drilling operations of rig site and ensure compliance to all drilling objectives.
• Manage all well bore path and perform survey to compute and monitor all rate of penetration and maintain an efficient list of all directional tools and perform survey on all equipments.
• Provide assistance and training to all drilling trainees and manage all marketing and sales activities for various company products and supervise efficient working of all processes.
• Execute all survey information for processes and ensure all objectives compatibility with various results.
• Administer all directional operations and analyze performance of all drilling procedures and assist all client representatives.
• resolve all issues and monitor job progress and maintain records of all data and prepare required documentation.

Key responsibilities/accountabilities:-

• Under minimal supervision, provide direct instruction and supervision to junior Field Engineers on day-to-day wellsite work and activities
• Provide advice and direction to external customer and third-party wellsite colleagues as appropriate.
• Act as a project leader and mentor junior Field Engineers
• Maintain frequent inter-organizational and external customer contacts with a high degree of professionalism
• Execute other related duties as assigned
