Sara Al Kindi

Graduated with an Honours degree in sustainable engineering and design, specialising in building performance, energy efficiency, and carbon emissions reduction in the built environment. Dissertation research explored barriers to implementing energy retrofit solutions aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing reliance on fossil fuel-based energy systems. Developed a solid understanding of ESG principles and international sustainability standards, including reporting frameworks and engineering guidelines such as CIBSE and ASHRAE. Demonstrates foundational knowledge of sustainability reporting, emissions reduction strategies, and In-Country Value (ICV) principles, including local capability development and efficient resource utilization.
