Corporate Travel Consultant - Carlson Wagonlit Travel Oman (CWT)
*Working with Major Corporate Accounts (Baker Hughes, Nabors Drilling Intl, Oceaneering, and other know brands globally).
*Adherence to the Client Travel policies and completion of transaction as expected by the client.
*Handling data of client savings (realized and missed) of each transaction.
* Identify the best possible routing and generate revenue to the client.
* Understanding of the traveler needs and serve beyond their expectations.
* Mandating and utilizing the cross-sell opportunity on each transaction.
* Monitor VIP client’s travel performance and send weekly report to the program manager.
* Creating Client profiles and maintains the data up-to-date.
* Take responsibilities of completing all the transactions within agreed Service Level Agreement.
* Work during the weekend to learn and handle various clients of CWT
* Co-ordinate with internal customers for accounting, visa and holiday packages.
* Knowledge of handling government fares and constructing itinerary based on the allocated cost.
* Provide training to new peers about client and travel processes
* Preparing Average Budget fares through excel for all routings on quarterly basis
* Maintain and update profiles or STARS for corporate as well as customer travel.
* Ensure to compare invoices with genuine travel transactions to validate every Charges.
*This position was based in Muscat. Alshamel is a leading TMC, listed in Kuwait stock exchange with operations in 8 locations across 7 GCC countries.
• General Management role reporting to the operations Manager.
• Responsible for operations of clients like BP Oman, Halliburton and
Nabors Intl.(leading MNC’s in the region).

Kuwait for reconciliation on Monthly Basis.
