- Managing timely transaction and correctness of data in SAP - Creating delivery orders against sales orders released in planned report - Posting goods issue post shipments dispatched from warehouse, Ensure preparation of shipping documents in SAP (Delivery order, Commercial invoice, Packaging list, Certificate of analysis) required for crossing borders (UAE, JORDAN)
- Assigning shipments orders in LMS as per daily plan and make sure containers are assigned at correct loading bay with no delay with On-Time dispatching and ensuring right product is loaded as per customer requirements
- Responsible for Creating Production process orders in SAP as per Production plan and scheduling same in LMS system for bagging of materials from Silos - Monitoring Silo status in coordination with DCS team and bagging operators on floor till Silo is empty and quantity posted in SAP and material is binned in warehouse
- Preparing reports and maintaining company logs and trackers to provide instant visibility on all logistical movements to relevant departments
- Planning & Preparing STO,-Stock transfer orders for the movement of material from one Warehouse to another and executing the movements in SAP
