Training and Development:
· Handling the whole process of employees TNA.
· Identifying employees training needs.
· Analyzing training needs and developing solutions by engaging different stakeholders and training providers.
· Developing Annual Training Plan and aligning it with the annual training budget.
· Ensuring training assessments to be in place pre/post to programs using different training assessment method.
· Coordinating with different stakeholder (Internal/ External) to ensure training delivery in healthy environment.
· Designing, Planning and conducting training courses.
· Reporting Annual Training Plan to Departments and Corporate Performance team monthly and quarterly.
· Ensuring training delivery.
· Developing and enhancing training process to be aligned with the company’s strategy.

Internship and Apprenticeship
· Responsible of all Internship and Apprenticeship Programs in the organization.
· Developing Internship Annual Plan.
· Receiving departments requests due to business needs.
· Ensuring the developing of an effective training plan by the department for all interns before joining.
· Managing the processes of advertisement, shortlisting, assessments, interviews and selection.
· Communicating with interns when needed.
· Managing the welcoming induction and coordinating with respective department to support and provide all the needed requirements to interns.
· Developing Internship/Apprenticeship evaluation methods and criteria.
Specialist - Learning
• Covering the training needs for the specified departments.
• Running extra activities to raise the knowledge in the specified departments. Identify the training needs by conducting a survey.
• Meet the department’s Management team to share our findings and get their inputs.
• Submit Training Needs Analysis status report every Quarter.
• Collaborate and work closely with the department’s Management to identify theirs training needs.
• Delivering the training in an agreed SLA and follow up to insure the trainings have been conducted as per the plan.
• Work closely with Marketing Product and Project Managers to get their product launch plans.
• Manage new batch training as per the Process. Manage end to end any new training project including building the RFP, run focus group sessions with the involved departments to gather training needs.
• Kick off the project as per the project plan.
• Work closely with the involved departments for planning, Scheduling and reporting.
• Follow up with training vendors on training progress weekly.
• Escalate and resolve issues and challenges that may appear during the project immediately.
• Send a report to training manager and management on the project status weekly.
• Communicate with external training vendors and Manage delivery of training programs and courses.
• Evaluates Training Effectiveness.
Project Manager- HR
• Oversee Key Projects execution in HR department
• Undertake the consolidation of project management reporting across the key projects.
• Ensure that project governance is defined, initiative team and sponsors are allocated.
• Set-up PM Templates and methodology (Detail plan, HR Management Meetings, MoM).
• Manage ongoing communication, on project status.
