Co created & Built a centralized talent pool with world class standards, Analyzed over 160 CVs which lead to the visibility of talents & used the data produced to head hunt internally the right capabilities to the right roles which generated a cost saving of 600,000 $
2‑ Unified the Performance Management system(iPMS) created a Quick Win of USD 500,000:
Enhanced the capability of performance management framework and facilitated over 10+ focus groups to co‑create and implement the performance management system and framework which generated a cost save of 500,00$
3‑ Co‑creating Succession Planning, Omanization (Localization) and Talent/People Committees within OQ
Revisited the succession planning and facilitated multiple deep dive sessions with top leadership team to co‑create and build the new philosophy of OQ's succession planning, Talent Committees and Omanization (Localization).
