• 1. CHILLER: Monitoring the operation of the BMS, HVAC, and fire systems. Chiller Check All Parameters and Keep Properly Log sheet, Maintain Condenser and Evaporator Approach For Good Efficiency
• 2. AHU: Checking Belts, Exhaust Fan Motor, Allignment, Canvas, Motor Condition, Filter, Drainage Line, Damper Return and Supply, Fire Testing Also & Thermostat.
• 3. DDC: Check Sensors like Supply Return Air, Filter Status, Actuators Valve Sensors, DDC Control Panel Cleaning.
• 4. PUMPS: Primary, Secondary & Condenser: Check Motor Condition, Valve Operation, Terminal Check as per schedule, Check Rotation, and VFD Panel Also.
• 5. SAFETY: Ensuring all work is carried out safely and responsibly, and reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
