· Provide administrative leadership for Head Nurses/Deputy Head Nurses within the section.
· Provide leadership and act as a mentor for Head Nurses/Deputy Head Nurses in relation to staff performance, career development, progression and promotion.
· Manage, trouble shoot and resolve the section’s daily operational affairs.
· Identify, initiate, inspire and promote research activity and collaboration within and outside the assigned section and externally.
· Review and verify reports, schedules, performance appraisals, proposals and relevant
· documents etc. from assigned section.
· Participate and involve in reviewing process of Audit according a according to ACI (Accreditation Canada International) Standards in oncology/Hematology department.
· Responsible for the quality of education and educational support for nurses.
· Provide significant input into the strategic development of the organization services, research and teaching within the section and more broadly across the hospital.
· Represent Nursing Directorate through engagement with both internal and external committees, working groups, etc. as necessary and chair meetings where applicable/delegated.
· Manage/monitor resources for the section as delegated by immediate supervisor.
· involving in the recruitment of manpower resource in difference countries.
· participating with Paper Research in international Conferences.
· Plan, implement and evaluate teaching and training activities in collaboration with multi-disciplinary team.
· Involve (participate) in research ongoing.
· To oversee the smooth functioning of the department and ensuring consistent provision for employee ambiance.
· Involved in Preparing the budget for the hospital resources and the new BMT/Hematology center.
· Propose new programmes courses that suite the new employee requirement.
· Preparing Polices and guidelines/work Instruction for the Department.
· Organize Seminars / Conferences / Symposium /Workshop/training programmes in topics of relevance and importance to the department.
· Involved in strategic planning and direction of the Department
· Involved in prepare a vision of the nursing department.
