VSAT - Satellite Subsystem/Ground segment experience

• Handling technical solution and maintenance for VSAT Ground segment RF from the range of 3.8 till 32M, Multi-baseband i.e.. Hughes, iDirect, Comtech etc.
• Responsible to manage & forecast spectrum's of earth station satellite segment used in Arabsat, Eutelsat & Singtel
• Planned and directed projects focused on improving areas such as [OPEX], [Security requirement] and [new VSAT platform]

EAM Project - Chief - BO Engineer

• Ensure to provide necessary data and align the entire Ops NMS to EAM project
• Providing multi domain skill as technical expert to project.
• Migrated 32 active NMS data with EAM for finance end-to-end lifecycle of asset and operations requirement to future implementation and business continuity.

Finance - Technical operations.

• Managing entire Technical operations contracts included NSOC, WSO & NFO.
• Responsible to manage and forecast the budget yearly for all contracts includes TO NSOC OPEX & CAPX
• Timely execute the contract process internally with necessary OPEX/CAPX budget obtains
• Leading the team of TO contract management for renewal and vendor management.
• Ensure the contract SLA/KPI/ and violation conditions.

• Managing Omantel (Govt) Core VSAT GSM & Corporate networks
• Handling Data center network operation with Business & mission critical applications
• Automate Network Change and Configuration Management
• Provided additional technical support to troubleshoot with satellite ground system and satellite base band systems.
• Handling the team of 15 member & responsible for vendor management
• Front face for Technology vendor to resolving major issues
• Rendering L3 support to all client networks, configuring and managing the security infrastructure within these networks, and providing troubleshooting support as and when required
• Responsible for Presales- designing to a new project with Omantel and other customer
• Special presence and ownership for vendor relationship, tender submission, Customer coordination, pilot project
• Responsible for entire VSAT business include service, sales, design and coordination

• Role of L2 engineer, in charge as a domain owner of ground segment network.

• Maintaining and recording ground antenna and baseband system reports and status

• Worked as NOC engineer, Ensure L1/L2 process followed, ticket update and issue resolving
• Modem configuration, troubleshooting and project execution.
• Proven and performed as NOC engineer, SPOC for projects, technical team as special project IAF, ONGC etc.

• Deputed as PM for PAN Africal project
• Responsible to customer experience, network growth status, project forecast & SLA maintain.
