- Ensure that all disciplines and departments are aligned with required documentation and procedures for an efficient Turnover of systems. Maintaining the project master punch list by category, populate Systems Completion Database with punch list by System. Handover of completed Turnover Packages to Client.
- Daily contact with System Owners, highlight any potential delays that may hinder flawless system handover and highlight same to management. Ensure that all Documents for Client Operations deliverables are developed and delivered prior to equipment start-up. Maintaining the project Turnover Manual / Procedure.
