• Technical Support: Providing technical support to customers and other service professionals as required.
• Technical Knowledge: Possessing a solid level of technical knowledge on the company's X-Ray and Trace technologies.
• Relationship Management: Maintaining good relationships with the customer and stay updated on current technical trends.
• Site Management: Coordinating with the project head and site team to ensure proper site management.

• Installed and configured CCTV systems, access control systems, and barriers to ensure the security of the premises.
• Supervised a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Successfully completed various security system projects, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting project deadlines.
