Project Management:
• Lead and mentor the Project Management team in collaboration
with Developers, Construction Managers, Contractors, Architects,
and Engineers, overseeing projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct critical customer and subcontract project negotiations
with support from internal teams.
• Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders, delivering weekly
project progress reports and embracing feedback for continuous
improvement.
• Monitor, establish, and adhere to project schedules and budgets,
achieving key milestones.
• Efficiently manage change orders to minimize impact on project

proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Construction:
• Develop and document installation procedures to continually improve on-site productivity and workmanship
quality.
• Set productivity cost benchmarks for installation crews.
• Assign and contract appropriate installation forces to meet project requirements.
• Manage the bidding process for subcontracted portions of the statement of work.
• Conduct regular site visits, overseeing various site teams and monitoring project progress.
• Oversee contracts and manage trade and vendor relationships.
• Support Site Managers/Supervisors as needed.
• Research and introduce technologies and equipment to enhance installation process efficiency.
• Establish and enforce site safety procedures and guidelines, promoting a 'Safety First' culture.
• Support the Project Management team with on-site discrepancies or investigations and assist in the
preparation of change orders.
Leadership:
• Foster high performance and a culture of excellence.

Design Management:
• Participate in various interior design projects, understood client requirements through discussions, developed initial designs and worked on iterations.
• Develop shop drawings & composite drawings production, detailed joinery work especially for luxurious hotels such as decorative customized walls paneling with special engravings, subtractions, marquetry or other special combined materials effects.
• Create final design that was aesthetically appealing and in line with client expectations, carry out space planning and ensure optimum utilization of spaces.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as project architects, consultants, contractors and utilities providers to plan and integrate interior design activities into the overall project works.
• Manage, coordinate and update all interior design Drawings while maintaining up-to-date changes in-line with the end-users’ requirements.
• Resolve any design issues that might occur and coordination issues on site to get the best results required.

Project Management:

  • Render technical advice and adjustments during execution between MEP and civil works to make sure the correct execution of all works.
  • Supervise site and coordinate between different subcontractors and construction manager to make sure they are following the design requirement.
  • Ensure that quantities and quality are accurate and conduct day to day site inspections of the construction to ensure that execution of the work is done according to the specifications.

• Managing and collaborating with client, consultant, and contractor teams to achieve project deliverable
