· Conduct studies and researches related to the labor market and economic

· Participate in policy development for private sector employment and Omanization

· Contributing to oversee policy-making and formulation of strategies that are guided ministry.

· Participate in supervision of analysis of results of surveys and reports.

· Participate in supervision of periodic review and audit of data and information to deviate any errors or discrepancies in items or coding. Occurred at stage of updating models, forms or entered into computer.

· Participate in supervision of preparation and implementation of plans to correct data errors and inconsistencies that have been identified during audit and scrutiny.

Participate in supervision of preparation and implementation of plans to amend data in conformity with international standard classifications of economic activities and professions that apply in ministry

· Preparing studies and researches about the labor force and Omanization.
