Responsibilities
To manage the entire day-to-day operations of the LSC’s, drive the team to achieve the KPIs , manage the ROI & Revenue of the LSC’s
Responsible for 8 Service Franchisee and handling the products like Refrigerator, Washing Machines, Room Air Conditioners , Chimney etc.
Supervising the activities of the team & Conduct meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction
Dealing with customers and resolving customer issues as and when required
Resolving staff problems and complaints.
Preparing various MIS reports (Daily Finance report, Review report, etc.)or other special reports for management
To Ensure Authorized Repairs are carried as per the SOPs.
To maintain & adhere to the prescribed KPIs as required from the company.
To drive team members to Achieve Revenue & AMC Targets & ensure profitability of the LSC’s.
Monthly LSC & CCO review meeting.er.

Responsibilities:
Handled all products like Micro Oven, Mixer, Air Dryer, Air Cooler etc.
Setup a strong network of new ESC’s in the expanding market and monitoring the performance to ensure timely and excellent service delivery.
Ensure prompt response to customers call & resolution of issues within TAT.
Conducting training sessions for the engineers to update their skill levels
Monthly Stock reconciliation and Inventory control at ESC point
Drive all ESC’s for Revenue generation & AMC target Acheivements.
Maintain the hygiene factor call closed after the confirmation from customer.
