· Preparing the payment application for patent annuities
· Managing high volume of hard and soft copies of original documents and submitting the same to TMO as needed
· Keeping up with various deadlines including (trademark and patent priority dates, trademarks renewal due date and patent annuities)
· Sending notice of filing to clients Monitoring the records of published trademarks and sending notice of publication to clients
· Sending to clients notices of decision once issued by TMO and providing them with advice in respect of the same including (association of trademarks, submission of documents and disclaimers)
· Attends to translation of legal documents
· Prepare and file official application of Recordalsincluding (Change of name/address, Assignments, Mergers, Amendments of trademark logo and amendment of goods)
· Attends to the translation of goods from English to Arabic
· Issue invoices and send the same to clients for settlement in addition docketing the invoices in clients portal
· Follows up on the settlement of outstanding invoices
· Sending Registration and renewal certificates to the clients
· Correcting the issued certificates if needed
· Completes projects as assigned by the manager

· Docketing the clients emails and inquires and creating new jobs on IPMS
· Monitoring the records of published trademarks

· Updating SAIP website after verifying the correct filing particulars

· Prepare and file new trademark applications
· Complete the client status reports and providing them with the accurate details
