· Responsible for the operation of the company's computerized Maintenance Management system (CAFM System software, CMMS Maximo, JD Edwards Capital Asset Management.
· Ensure that all equipment has the appropriate preventive maintenance at the proper intervals as per the SFG-20 guidance.
· Deployment and Management of CAFM/CMMS System.
· Define rules and policies, Processes and process flows for the implementation of CAFM System.
· Provided CAFM training to system users and new features as well as periodic refreshment courses.
· Work closely with the development and project lead teams and charge requests for improvements / modifications to the CAFM/CMMS and manage implementation on site
· Engage actively the end users and the management executives in clarifications and analyses of new system requirements.
· Develop and deliver reports on progress, trend analysis, performance stats and dashboards.

· Frequent contacts with Engineers/Team Leaders to solve problems related to CMMS, Documentation, Database updating, and new Projects implementation.

· Equipment data gathering
· Convert the data format from the excel sheet to the database format and load it to the CMMS.
· Established the equipment hierarchy.
· Created all the forms used in the CMMS (Work order, work request, and reports).
· Link the equipment to the related tasks and create the master plan.
· Issue the work orders on weekly basis.
· Follow up on the pending work orders with the maintenance engineers.
Routinely interacts with application users, including Site Leads, Operations / Maintenance Manager(s), Facility Manager(s), Engineers / Maintenance Technicians, and clients as applicable
· Create and Generate Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and Operational Activities Work orders in the MAXIMO system.
· Scheduling and planning preventative maintenance work orders is the primary focus.
· To analyze and assess site operations, assets, and PM practices to ensure a complete and reliable PM program is accurately reflected in the CMMS system.
· Retrieve applicable data from the appropriate database fields for reporting, analysis, and decision-making needs for the organization.
· Monitors the change process for system procedures and standards.
· Monitors the entry of labor and equipment information into the CMMS.
· Monitors the planning, design, entry, and revision of tasks entered in the CMMS software.
· Generates reports on a routine and request basis.
· Provides system training and technical support to end-users and information partners.
· Escalates unresolved system issues to IT support as needed.
