- Assigned as IBX Senior Critical Facility Engineer of TFM (Technical Facilities Management) Team in a TIER III/IV (16MW) DATA CENTER company and holding a Certified Data Center Technician Professional (CDCTP by cNET) that manages technicians on doing Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance work to all facility equipment
- This includes Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and BMS/EMS system
- Reviewing all the RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method of Statement) from the contractors who have a request work activity at the premises
- Preparing company standard switching schedule for all operational equipments
- Provides PTW (Permit to Work) to all group of workers that deals with MEP system inside and outside the building
- Attending and performing switching of breakers on MV's and LV's system through standard switching schedule for schedule preventive maintenance and rectification
