Project Description :

● Construction of Accommodation, Dining Hall & Kitchen Buildings with required Electrical, HVAC, instrumentation, Fire Fighting, telecom connections. sewer, sanitary sumps and manholes, Boundary walls, sign wall & road works.

Client : Daleel Petroleum LLC

Responsibilities:-

· To implement HSE activities as per HSE monitoring plan

· HSE support and advice for promoting the improvement of the site safety performance.

· Preparing weekly and monthly statistics

· Conducting Mock drills, HSE Campaign’s

· Conducting Tool box Meeting

· Periodical inspection of lifting belt, PPE equipments, fire extinguishers, hand & power tools, first aid facilities

· Preparing Accident/Incident Investigation and reporting to the client

· Archiving all Accdent/Incident, near miss and its analyze

· Attending Monthly HSE meeting with project management and client

· Maintaining all required HSE documentation

· Encourage employees to follow HSE procedures, standards

· To carry out the implementation of document control matrix

· Monitoring & Maintaining the PDO HSE Training matrix

· Preparing KPI (Key performance Indicator)

· Regular inspection carry out camp & kitchen mess hall

· Checking Journey plan on daily basis

· Implementing Waste management procedure & disposable

· Maintaining sub-contractor’s HSE related activities

· Monitoring IVMS and RAG report

· To make inspections for all vehicles including sub-contractor’s

· To involve all employees in participating HEMP

· Identifying best stop card and recognition / incentives for employees

· Supervise the permit system and ensure safe work place at site

· HSE support and advice for promoting the improvement of the site safety performance.

· Monitoring the LEL, VOC & O2 Level with use of the multi-gas detector in all over the plants.

· Monitoring the noise level with DB meter for all over the plant

· Maintaining the work permit

· Regularly site inspection and Hazards Identification and making the observation report.

· Maintaining the checklist and other documentation like JSA, HIRA, etc.
