• Successfully Completed all the pre-commissioning and commissioning related activities including Cooling SAT, Heat load test (HLT) and Integrated system testing (IST)

• Monitors, verifies and reports on mechanical commissioning activities to the Commissioning Manager concerning compliance with Contractor’s schedules; and reports on completion of project commissioning schedule activities
• Created detailed incident reports to accelerate issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
• Assists installation team/contractors in resolving problems and reports on issues related to drawings and information, schedule, quality, quantity tracking, cost reporting, and safety.

• Role: Mechanical Commissioning Engineer
• Product: 36 units x Vertiv-Liebert PCW
• Responsible for performing L1 to L5 tests in coordination with CxA.
• Troubleshooting of units during various stages of the test
• Prepare and submit T&C method statements and various levels of test reports
• Testing and demonstrating various alarms in CRAHs to integrate with DCIM/BMS

2. Modification of Data Hall Infrastructure at Equinix MC1 -Oman

• Role: Project Engineer and Commissioning Engineer
• Products: Vertiv PCW units and various critical infrastructure equipment
• Preparation of RAMS following Equinix standards work procedure
• Manage the relocation of CRAH units, RPPs, and new installation of Tap-off boxes on the Busbar.
• Perform all kinds of MEP works associated with critical equipment relocation jobs including the CHW flow testing & balancing for relocated equipment.
• Perform L1 to L5 test in coordination with TFM team.

3. Construction of Tier-3 Ooredoo Data centre-Oman: Role: Mechanical Commissioning Engineer/Fire Suppression Design Engineer

• Products: 3 units x 165TR Vertiv-Liebert AFC chiller and 16 units x PCW -CRAH units
• Responsible for performing installation inspection, start-up, and T&C of chillers and CRAH units
• Responsible for performing L1 to L5 test.
• Design and supervise the implementation of fire suppression and VESDA system

4. Replacement and upgradation of cooling systems at Tier-3 Orange Data centre-Jordan

• Role: Mechanical Commissioning Engineer
• Products: 2 units x 210TR Vertiv-Liebert AFC chiller and 14 units x PCW -CRAH units
• Responsible for performing installation, inspection and start-up of Adiabatic Free-cooling chillers and CRAH units
• Configuration and testing of adiabatic cooling system with real-time ambient temperature
• Prepare the Tier-3 test procedure following uptime standards.
• Testing and demonstrating various alarms in CRAHs to integrate with DCIM/BMS

5. Replacement and upgradation of cooling systems at Omantel sub-marine cable landing station, Barka

• Role: Mechanical Commissioning Engineer
• Products: 10 units x 15TR Vertiv-Liebert PDX unit
• Responsible for performing installation inspection and start-up of CRAC units
• Perform copper pipe equivalent length calculation and copper pipes vacuum
• Troubleshooting of units during various stages of the test
• Prepare and submit T&C method statements and various levels of test reports
• Testing and demonstrating various alarms in CRACs to integrate with DCIM/BMS
