• - Negotiating and Finalizing new contracts / agency agreement for new products / services;
• - Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements;
• - Placing orders / finalizing sub-contracts and follow-up for delivery / project execution;
• - Arrangement for material collection, freight arrangements, timely clearance of material and delivery;
• Having 7+ years of working experience as Manager – Compliance, Banking and Revenue
• My rolls and responsibilities as Manager – Compliance, Banking and Revenue are:-
• - Monitoring and managing Fund Flow;
• - Arranging local and international Bank Guarantees (Advance Payment Guarantee, Performance Bank Guarantee, Tender Bond etc.)
• - Opening Letter of Credits;
• - Negotiation of Letter of Credits;
• - Arranging Advances (Bill Discount) and LTRs for Supplier Payments;
• - Follow-up for inward payments and reconciliation of customer accounts.

• My rolls and responsibilities as Quality Manager (Central) are:-
• - Developing Policies and Procedures, Improving and Modifying Business process;
• - Establishing, Implementation and Maintenance of Quality Management System / Integrated Management System, to all group companies;
• - Identification of improvement required area related to Quality;
• - Provide information, advice and / or assistance on quality issues or other related areas;
• - Serve as the internal leader of the organization;
• - Coordinate and execute the process of Internal Audits, Non–conformance, MR Meetings, Customer Satisfaction;
• - Review QMS / IMS and to share the review;
• - Focal point for all quality related aspects of the company;
• - Reporting to the management about performance of the group quality management system
