• Contracts Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 2 Contract Engineers to accomplish the following:
A.Pre-Contract Phase: Setting Contracts Conditions and Creating Contract Templates for subcontractors – Issuing Subcontractors Contracts
B.Tendering Phase: Sending Invitation to Tender (RFQs') to Subcontractors – Financial offers Negotiation – Contract Conditions Negotiation – Technical Coordination with Technical Office Team and QS team in order to send clarifications on Subcontractors' Queries.
C.Post-Contract Phase: Main Contract Management (Claims and Correspondence) - Subcontracts Management (Termination and Claims).

• Procurement Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing a team of 5 Procurement Officers to accomplish the following:

A. Send RFQs' to Suppliers, Collect Quotations, Price, Delivery time and Payment terms Negotiation and Prepare Comparison Sheets.

B. P.O. Conditions Setting Until P.O. Signature.

C. P.O. Log Management and Suppliers' Database Management.

D. Coordination with Planning team and Technical Office Team.

•Projects: Stone Park – Telal East – Telal El Sokhna – Telal Northcoast – Telal Soul – The Big.
•Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 4 Contract Engineers (2 Seniors and 2 Juniors) to accomplish the following:
A.Pre-Contract Phase: Setting Contracts Conditions and Creating Contract Templates – Issuing LOIs’, LOAs’,Issuing Construction and Consulting Contracts – Issuing Addendum (EOT and Price Adjustment).
B.Tendering Phase: Sending RFP to consultants – Invitation to Tender for contractors – Financial offersNegotiation – Contract Conditions Negotiation – Coordination with Cost and Budgeting Team and QS team.
C.Post-Contract Phase: Issuing Termination letters to Contractors – Issuing Price Adjustment letters toContractors – Issuing letters to contractors concerning technical issues occurring in DLP.
D.Banking Reports: From a commercial side, Revising and Adjusting Price Adjustment Claims of Contractors(Roya sister companies) that are submitted to the banks.
E.Business Strategy: Develop and Align Projects with Organization Strategic Vision -Implementing TopManagement requirements taking into consideration to control all risks.

Post-contract Phase duties and responsibilities:
1-Acting impartially in between of Employer and Contractor.
2-Management of All variation orders and change requests via a change
control log.
3-Claims determination.
4-Penalties and Backcharges Management.
5-Management of all El's (Engineers' instructions).
6-Acting Proactively and in preventive way against potential claims
events.
7-Project Controls weekly meetings with All project p arties to discuss all
critical events and pending issues.

Duties and responsibilities:
Pre-contract phase
Setting special conditions of contract and making negotiations
leading to the contract award stage, assuring that all ITT and
tendering statements and conditions are conforming and suitable
to the company status and policies and setting risk assessment
report in coordination with tendering team and project
management team.
Post-contract duties and responsibilities:
Correspondence follow-up, management and control in
coordination with site teams, delayed payments and EOT.

Responsible for: Receiving The RFP's - RFP's study and assessment
Technical and Financial offers preparation - Contract Models study and
review - Tender documents and offers submission in the International
Projects Department - French and English Speaking Countries

Quantity Surveying Engineer at Max Takeoffs, LLC (US based company) -
Working remotely in Egypt from a satellite office.
Providing construction estimating and quantity takeoff for all construction
trades and CSI divisions related to: commercial construction, residential construction,
industrial construction, institutional construction and heavy civil
construction. Construction estimation is made for all types of structures
(reinforced concrete structures - steel structures - wooden structures).
