  • This was done with the help of connecting the mobile banking apps with the fintechs using API’s to help do the KYC of customers
  • WOS – Wholly Owned Subsidy implementation for DBS India
  • This massive project involved migration from a foreign bank to a locally owned subsidy
  • Lead the project for end to end which involved changes in 55 systems, migration of 12 branches / customers and accounts / Implementation of hub-spoke strategy / Unbanked Rural center, Branch expansion
  • First foreign bank in India to undergo this approach
  • Defining the AWS strategy for the bank – working closely with AWS/Regional teams to derive the end product
