- Responsible for SSV’s and post processing of 2G/3G/4G/5G (site acceptance, cluster drive, customer complaint resolution) using TEMS Investigation, Genex Probe and Genex assistant
- During the customer’s complaint, effectively use methods to understand the customer’s issues and find the best solution to solve the customer’s issues
- Effective team coordination and timely delivery of assigned project.
- Performed 2G/3G/4G/5G SSV’s (Single site verification),performed 5G in NR NSA mode using CPE device (indoor/Outdoor for respective user), Mate 20x and Mate 30x
- SFT (Site functionality testing), Coverage, TDD/FDD Anchoring and CQI Benchmarking for 5G/4G/3G.
- Identifying and Highlighting issues related to PCC anchoring for 5G
- IBS testing, Customer complaints resolution using TEMS investigation, PHU and Genex Probe.
- Best feasible route planning for each respective activity
- Investigate and cleared swaps during single/cluster DT
- Monitored and analyzed statistical and drive test data to improve system.
- Performance indicators such as dropped calls, blocked calls, orientation failures and hand-off features.
- 4G detailed testing and field analysis for VoLTE, CA and MASSIVE MIMO using supported UE
- All Major & detailed KPIs (MAC Throughput, SINR, RSRP, PCI, RANK, Transmission Mode, CQI) monitored and analyzed during DT and for report preparation.
- Over shooter cells identification by TA and resolution by physical audit.
