· Dealing with Insurance company (claims, cards, bills , Cheques & any other issues)
· Staff logged in Civil Service Employees Pension Fund
· The staff at the Public Authority for Manpower registration record
· Address the civil service fund on the inclusion of previous periods
Supervising system fingerprint
· Withdraw statements weekly staff and distributed to departments
· Registration of new employees in the system footprint + distribution staff on multiple devices
· Work interviews for candidates
· Coordination between the interview and Interviewers
· Coordination with Security Office for security clearances
· Medical check-up letter to the candidates
· Processing of contracts and appointment decisions
· Processing job offers before and after
· Reception of new staff and equip them with the necessary
· Preparing the Official letters between SEZAD and the various entities
· Certification preparation whom it may concern and salary transfer
· Coordination with the insurance company about the new staff recording + send invoices financial claims + receiving checks + receiving health cards + Replacement request + coordination with the company for treatment inside or outside the Sultanate if necessary
· Preparing Travel Insurance
· Forwards the bills come from any company
· Any other duties which given by line manager
· Get new visa
