1. Implementing the proposed strategic and operational plan for the department, developing work performance indicators, and working to achieve them
2. Follow up on the progress of administrative processes, budget management, reports, and service provision, monitor and evaluate them, and develop proposals for their development.
3. Ensuring no duplication of goals and tasks between the various departments in the department
4. Strengthening relationships with external partners, developing and motivating internal partners, and managing change to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
5. Review work procedures and methods, performance indicators, and quality, and develop the necessary proposals to improve the work and submit them to senior management for approval and action.
