Am Hana Al. Balushi. I have Graduated from Muscat Nursing Institute in 2011 with GPA of 3.4 and joined Armed Forces Hospital. I Worked in Armed Forces Hospital for more than 3 years where I gained my general Nursing skills in different hospital departments. then in 2016 I joined Royal Oman Police Hospital as Staff Nurse. following year, in 2017 I became a member in Quality management. I have been working as quality supervisor since then. I contribute in all hospital quality projects, document development, incident report analysis. I also conduct many training programs aiming improving healthcare system and patient safety. I successfully completed my professional Diploma in Quality management from KSA.
