• MCC Shift Duty In-charge & Maintenance Operation and Defect Control
• Tracking and Standardized Daily Reported Defects & Deferred Items
• Continuously monitor the technical status of the fleet to ensure high dispatch reliability.
• Coordinate and initiate troubleshooting steps for reported defects and technical issues.
• Work closely with other operational departments to resolve technical issues and ensure timely maintenance.
• Provide support and guidance during Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations to minimize downtime1.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements2.
• Highlight Repetitive Occurrences/Root Cause, identifying chronic problems and provide/develop a detailed corrective action
• Familiarity with technical information systems that provide real-time data on aircraft status and maintenance needs
• Competence in using documentation software to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in using maintenance control software such as AMOS, TRAX, or similar systems to track and manage maintenance activities
