In 1996, I was promoted and i became the Site Manager (Resident Engineer) for construction work as well as leading tenders and contracts section in the company and we were awarded the contracts of rehabilitation of pediatric Hospital (Marrow Bone implantation center) a floor of the hospital was modified according to special medical specifications for medical isolation.

We were also assigned by the client to perform the contract of execution and rehabilitation of open heart surgery center in Bin AI-Nafees Hospital

=== Senior Resident Engineer for Contractor direct implementation of the project of constructing two large Pumping Stations for industry water with associated network / Al-Taji Gas Company. We installed new carbon steel pipe size 64" inches (1.6m) of total 24 km length. In addition, we also utilized DI ductile iron pipeline having a size of DN250 15 km length, because in wetland sloppy condition we completely covered by the polyethylene TUBE before it is lowered into the trench using isolating valves to connect many industrial factories with that line, using thrust blocks constructed at water mains when the pipeline changes directions (at bends and tees) as well as many fittings and adaptors plus blind flanges or Stops (at dead ends and closed valves), or changes in size by tapers (enlargers or reducers).

3-Resident engineer of third sector / Reconstruction of the regional command building and the work required special execution methods to remove the debris and the reconstruction again and the same time according to scientific bases to gather with keeping the superb architectural designs.

4-Resident engineer for Al-Harith Project repairing the sheds and constructing large new building in special technical specifications as administration and development center and computer center.

5-Resident engineer in Sewage system project in Faluja Extension of the sewage network and reconstruction rainwater system. The work is briefly as follows:

Connection from the building to a drain field UPVC pipes with a size of 4'' (DN110) diameter is connected to 0.8mx0.8m manhole with average depth of 1.5m while specific drainage vents were installed. Manholes are then connected to an inspection chamber or septic tank with a capacity of 4,000 gal of water with UPVC pipe size of 6'' in (DN150) diameter. A main sewer line using a DI pipes of 12" , 24" , 42" , 60'' in diameter were installed below the main road having a trench size of 84'' width and 2m-5m depth was used to connect to waste water treatment plant and public manhole were also installed for access on pipe troubleshooting and maintenance. Excavation and backfilling conformed also to ASTM C33 standard as well as compaction standers before pipe bedding was done. Different areas were done for excavation and backfilling and considered some factors
