- Root zone analysing & Moisture analysing in the grow bags daily basis.
- Training, instructing and supervising the subordinates.
- Monitor during the chemicals & nutrient spraying by IDM Machine technology to ensure that chemicals are mixed properly and suitable nozzles are set for the chemical in order to reach all foliage.
- Establish and maintain productivity standards, best farming practices and processes.
- Meeting agreed deadlines and working within budgets, at management level.
- Manpower management.
- Responsible for the quality management of crop production to include: irrigation, cultivation, weeding, thinning, fertilization & land preparation
