- Pre-Operative Care:
- Preparing anesthesia equipment and supplies, include: Setting up, testing, and calibrating anesthesia machines, monitors and vetilator devices
- Stocking and Managing anesthesia carts, Maintaon well-Organized inventory of medicatios, IV fluids and other necassary supplies
- Assisting with the patient transprt and positioning, Help move patients to the operating room and position them comfortably for surgery
- Intra-Operative Care:
- Monitoring patient vitals signs, Closely track Heart rate, Blood pressure, Oxygen Saturation throughout surgery
- Assisting with anesthesia administration, Prepare and Administer medication as directed by the anesthesiologist
- Documenting patient care, Maintain Accurate record of vital signs, medication administered and any relevant observation during surgery.
- Post-Operative Care:
- Cleaning and Disinfecting equipment, ensuring proper hygiene and infection control protocol as per the policy and guidlines.
- Replenishing supplies, maintain adequate stock of medications and supplies for upcoming procedures.
- Assisting with patient recovery, Helping transfer patients to recovery areas and monitor their initial wake-up phase
