- Developed core and supplementary teaching materials in the 4 language skills over the years for different levels
- Served in the Testing and Assessment Unit (TAU) for 2 years. Developed professional language tests in my capacity as a member of the TAU
- Served a Programme Coordinator of the Engineering Courses for 14 semesters (7 academic years) with an average of about 15 teachers each semester: selected core materials, developed supplementary materials, developed tests, and organized and orchestrated work in all the courses I was in charge of
- Currently, Head of the Academic Committee of the SQU International ELT Conference: duty involves, but not limited to, selecting papers and workshops tobe presented at the conference
- Currently, Head of the Science Department Project Committee: duty involves, but not limited to, approving/rejecting/postponing projects submitted by course leaders to improve different aspects of their courses
- Currently, member of the Research and Conference Committee: duty involves, but not limited to, approving/rejecting decision taken by the above 2 committees
